The Master Plumbers’ Association of Queensland (MPAQ) together with the Association of Hydraulic Services Consultants Australia (AHSCA), the Institute of Plumbing Inspectors Queensland (IPIQ), and the Backflow Prevention Association of Queensland (BPAQ) have come together to bring you the Queensland Plumbing Industry Conference. The Associations are leading the way for a cohesive future by bringing the designers, installers and inspectors together to learn on a united front about topical issues that affect the Queensland Plumbing Industry. The conference will be a mix of technical and business sessions with some optional social activities.
The information session was a follow on event from the user forum held in Perth in November last year. An element of the user forum was to go over the key developments achieved by simPRO in the last 12 months. Deciding on what key developments to go over was a task in itself considering there were so many, and demonstrating them with the attention they deserve was something that warranted an event in itself – an information session! 
Andre Borell and Master Electricians / simPRO Racing have started the 2010 Genuine Ford Parts Formula Ford Championship “according to plan” at the Qantas Australia Grand Prix at the weekend. Borell left the event with points in the bad and an 8th place finish for the round. Andre sits only 17 points behind championship leader Chaz Mostert after his first round. With 472 points still up for grabs over the season, the margin is by no means significant.
